Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Minimums and Pricing
- Minimum initial opening order is $200 CAD.
- No minimum reorder.
- Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
Account Qualifications
- Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops or online retailers with active storefronts.
- Proof of business is required prior to wholesale accounts being approved.
- Resale of our items on third party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and other third party sites is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of wholesale privileges.
Payment Methods and Terms
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal in CAD and USD currency only.
Estimated Production and Lead Time
- All veils are made to order and typically dispatch within 1-2 weeks in off-season. During peak season, dispatch can take between 2-4 weeks.
- Contact us for information on which items can ship quickly, if required.
- Once the order is accepted, an email will be sent with the estimated ship date.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping and handling will be calculated and added to your total upon check out.
- International shipping is available. Retailers are responsible for all taxes and customs-related duty fees in addition to international shipping charges. In some cases, you may be required to pay customs duty fees or shipping surcharges after the goods have left our shop.
Damages and Defects
- It is our goal to inspect every product that ships for quality purposes. But in the case of damages or defects, please contact us at ruffledroseveils@gmail.com and provide a photo of the damaged product within 5 days of receiving.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Wholesale orders may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
- Cancellations are not accepted.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
- The name “Ruffled Rose Veils”, all photographs, designs, products, content, text and graphics on our web pages are exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent.
- If you would like to use Ruffled Rose Veils product photography to market our products, you must be an approved wholesale retailer and provide credit for all images used to Ruffled Rose Veils.
- These images remain the sole property of Ruffled Rose Veils and we maintain the right to determine final usage of images.
- Photos and content can be shared on social media only when the Ruffled Rose Veils brand is given credit and tagged when applicable. We reserve the right to refuse future business with anyone who does not comply with our intellectual property terms.
- Wholesale terms and agreement may be changed at any time without notice.
