What is your current production time?
Currently, 1-3 weeks. Once your veil is ready to ship, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.
When should I order my veil?
We recommend ordering as soon as possible for a stress-free experience. Most brides order their veil 3-4 months before their wedding. This will allow enough time for any questions, production and shipping (and possible delays around holidays).
When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your order will take:
Within Canada: 4-8 business days
United States: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
France: 6-12 business days
Australia: 6-14 business days
Transit times may vary and are not guaranteed Customs fees, tariffs, and any other government fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
I need a veil ASAP. Do you offer a rush service?
Yes! We will bump your order to the very front of our production line so your veil can ship the following business day. The rush option is available directly on the product listing.
We offer this rush service for all veils except pearl veils (flat back), rhinestone veils (flat back) and custom orders. A rush order will not speed up shipping. You may be required to add express shipping depending on your timeline.
Can I track my order?
All veils and accessories are shipped via a registered and trackable service. You’ll be able to track its journey from our shop to your home or workplace. Tulle swatches shipped within Canada are shipped lettermail (untracked).
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my veil?
We understand it can be difficult to choose items online so we are happy to answer any questions before purchasing your veil. We highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.
All sales are final as each wedding veil is made to order.
