Processing Time
2-4 weeks from when your order is placed.
If you require your veil ASAP, please add the “RUSH MY ORDER” listing to your cart. This will bump your order to the front of our production line. Please keep in mind, this will not speed up shipping. Select Express Post at checkout for 1-2 business day shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard ground shipping via Canada Post is available within Canada, U.S.A, Australia, United Kingdom, France, and Russia.
Transit times vary and are not guaranteed.

Canada: 4-8 business days
USA: 3-5 business days
Australia: 6-22 business days
United Kingdom: 6-22 business days
France: 6-22 business days

Returns & Replacements
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to choose your veil carefully prior to placing your order. We highly recommend ordering our swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.
Our products are handmade in Canada with the utmost care. We stand behind the quality of our work and products. We want all our brides to be satisfied with their purchase, so please contact us in a timely manner if there is a problem with your order.
Wrong Product or Damaged Product
In the unlikely event you received the wrong product, contact us immediately upon receiving it and we will replace the product. Returned products must be unworn.
For incorrectly shipped or damaged products, send us a message or call Julie at 613-769-5948.
Please note after 48 hours of receipt any damages to the product will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are in CAD and payments are accepted securely via Mastercard or Visa, or via any credit card via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with PayPal. Please contact us with any concerns over payment methods.
